How to prepare your products for delivery according to our instructions
Now that you have joined Jumia Express, and created an inbound request (PO) to inbound the products at JUMIA warehouse, it is time to prepare the products correctly to ensure a smooth inbound process.
Entered Products Quality Inspection
- A quality inspection will be conducted on each group of products upon delivery at the warehouse.
- Only the products that have passed the quality inspection will be successfully inbounded to JUMIA warehouse.
- This step is important to decrease the product return rate and improve customer satisfaction, hence your seller score will improve as well.
- Go to the “General instruction” guide at the bottom to understand whether your products will be approved to enter the warehouse or not. Please review the inspection list to have a smooth and successful inbound.
- If 30% of each SKU does not pass the quality inspection, the whole shipment will be rejected.
