I want to confirm details about an order

1.Make sure it's approved in the vendor center. Look at the visibility and quality control statuses to ensure they're both approved. Also, check that your price and stock are updated and the 'active' button is on.

2.If it's approved but you still can't see it, check if you click on the product in the vendor center and it takes you to the website with a different seller. If so, your product is live, but other sellers are also selling it. The lowest price usually gets the buy box. You can find this information in the product details, where it says 'sold by other sellers' and you'll be one of them.
