HOW DO YOU KNOW WHICH COMMISSION TO APPLY FOR?
I. How does it work?
The commission is mandatory for each order and will be invoiced once the order has been successfully delivered to the customer.
Jumia only deducts the commission once the order has been successfully delivered to your customer.
It will be applied directly to the Weekly account.
– It is important to note that Jumia will charge its commission based on the price posted on the website by you as the seller. If the commission structure is revised, you will be notified well in advance so that you can include it in your price.
II. How do you know which commission to charge?
A/ Log in to your Seller Center. Click on : Settings → Your profile → Commission and fees
B/ Next, identify the commission rate line and click on “View” in the “Actions” column.
C/ Finally, depending on the product category you wish to sell, click on the + signs to find the commission rate corresponding to your product.

Jumia Price = (Seller Price + Fixed Fee) / (1-Jumia Commission)
Exple : PJ= (15000 + 600) / (1- 15%)
PJ=15.600 / 0.85
PJ= 18352,941176471
PJ= 18.360 fcfa or 18.400 fcfa
